Dear Sherm:
I would like to take the opportunity to congratulate you on the outstanding exhibit that was featured at our fair this year. The quality of the dinosaurs was ingenious, making them lifelike and combined with our special lighting and your eerie sound effects and fog machines; we indeed did create a Jurassic Journey! The smoking volcano complete with sound effects was very effective.
I think the highlight was the mastodon. Nobody realizes the impact until you stand beside the huge model. Paleontologist Paul was of great interest with the "dig box" and the hidden fossils just awaiting the next batch of would be explorers. This educational component only added to the mysticism of the whole exhibit.
Your whole team was a delight to work with and managed to get the exhibit up and running in record time. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the public which is a great asset.
Despite 2 days of uncooperative weather, we were within 140 of breaking our attendance record.
